Wow what a holiday!
It was both stress free and chaotic at the same time. And now the new year, I feel the winds changing. Time for a new season, a new focus. We have to remember our trials and struggles to see our growth and understand where we need to grow and change. And of course I cherish all of the sweet memories with my family over the last year. I'm ready for a new adventure. And boy do I have one! I've started to homeschool my two youngest Malaina and Ellianna. God has blessed me with a differant perspective on things to help me refocus myself. And I think that I should make (I want to make) a few changes to my blog. Not sure how yet. But, look for changes or a new blog in the future.

This is the Season... This is the season for learning, growing, and maturing for me. And I feel so blessed and excited! God is really doing so much in our lives right now. And especially in me. It's a humbling experience when you let your father mold you, have a teachable spirit and receive not only God's grace but also his correction. Steve and I (and the girls) have started a new church, a few months ago. Started Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University and will next week start the Love and Logic Parenting class. So, I keep you posted on how it all goes!

Princess Warriors

We ARE daughters of the most high king!!! Wow... how awesome is that! Well I'm taking that theoretical and literal. I am a princess warrior! And my father God has a journey and a mission for me (and for you). I want/need to be prepared mentally (by as much knowledge as I can obtain), physically prepared ( by getting into shape and staying healthy-take care of God's temple), and spiritually (by staying in God's word, fellowship and worship). A warrior stays strong, prepared, and alert. That way the enemy has NO chance. As woman God has many things that he puts in our charge. We are WIVES, MOTHERS, FRIENDS, TEACHERS, servants, and so much more. As my favorite, Wife and Mother I pray for guidance, I want to be the kind of wife and mother that God wants me to be. I have had my own ideas of what that meant in the past, but God knows so much better what my husband and daughters need.
